Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounce linguine or fettuccine
  • fresh parsley, chopped for serving
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta, ensuring the pasta is submerged in the liquid. Bring to a low simmer, cover, and cook on low heat until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, stirring occasionally, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy your creamy beef pasta skillet!

Notes

For added flavor, consider topping with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
