In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breast, heavy whipping cream, cubed butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and heavy whipping cream.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours until the chicken breast is fully cooked.
Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the slow cooker. Add the uncooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese.
Cook on high for about 35-40 minutes or until the pasta is fully cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Before serving, top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped greens for added color and flavor.
