  • 1 recipe Chile Colorado, shredded
  • 1 recipe Mexican Rice
  • 1 recipe Refried Beans
  • 8 10-inch tortillas Flour Tortillas
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chile Colorado, Mexican Rice, and Refried Beans.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, spread ¼ cup of refried beans.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  • Add ½ cup shredded Chile Colorado.
  • Top with 1/3 cup Mexican rice.
  • Fold the burrito and tuck in the filling.
  • Wrap in foil and serve warm.

Notes

No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option. Depending on how generously you fill your burritos, you may have some leftover beef, beans, and rice. Feel free to serve any extras on the side or enjoy them as leftovers the next day.
