Equipment

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 pounds quartered Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 bottle Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Start by spraying the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the quartered Yukon gold potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Cut the boneless skinless chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it on top of the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Pour the Parmesan garlic sauce, chicken broth, and grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
  • Gently stir everything together until well combined. This ensures that all the flavors meld beautifully.
  • Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  • Once done, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired for a fresh touch.

Notes

For a little extra flavor, consider adding some chopped vegetables like bell peppers or carrots. If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can mix in a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water) during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
