  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10.5 oz Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1.74 oz chicken gravy mix (2 envelopes of 0.87 oz each)
  • 0.5 cup water or chicken broth (optional)
  • Hot steamed rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season them with salt and pepper if desired. This will enhance the flavor of the chicken.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and water (if using). Make sure there are no lumps for a smooth gravy.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. This slow cooking helps the chicken become incredibly tender.
  • Before serving, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks. This makes it easier to serve and eat.
  • Serve the creamy chicken over hot steamed rice. For an extra touch, you can sprinkle some parsley or paprika on top before serving.
