  • 2 cans chicken breast, drained
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 units eggs
  • 1 4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside. This helps prevent sticking and makes cleanup easier.
  • In a large mixing bowl, shred the drained canned chicken using a fork to remove clumps and chunks. Be sure to mix well for an even texture.
  • Add mozzarella cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the shredded chicken. Mix well to combine. Feel free to add chopped green onions or diced bell peppers for extra flavor!
  • Form the mixture into 12 patties, using roughly 1/4 cup of the mixture for each patty. Adjust the size to your preference.
  • Carefully place the patties in the prepared air fryer basket. Cook them in batches if necessary. Optionally, spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray for an extra golden finish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes until the patties are golden brown. Check at 13 minutes and continue baking if needed, as cooking times may vary based on patty size and air fryer model.
  • Allow the patties to cool before serving. Store leftovers in airtight containers or freeze for later consumption.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped green onions or diced bell peppers into the patty mixture before cooking.
