Ingredients
  

  • 6 zero-carb small keto tortillas
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute plus additional for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, and Swerve. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the cream cheese layer with fresh blueberries.
  • Roll the tortillas closed around the filling and place them seam side down into a well-greased pan or rack.
  • Brush the top of the tortillas with the melted butter.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and crispy on the outside.
  • Dust with more Swerve before serving.

Notes:
For a sweeter taste, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon before rolling up the tortillas.
