shredded Mexican blend cheese
1
cup
thinly sliced dill pickles

tablespoon
Everything Bagel Seasoning
optional, can use any seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of shredded cheese into each cup of a non-stick muffin pan.
Place one pickle slice on top of the shredded cheese in each cup.
Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of shredded cheese on top of each pickle.
Optionally, sprinkle each chip with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes.
If using silicone pans, they may need an additional 3 minutes for crispy edges.
Ensure the cheese is bubbling and forms a crust.
