  • 3 breasts boneless chicken Cut into chunks
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 onion chopped onion
  • 4 potatoes peeled and diced potatoes
  • 16 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 16 oz Grands Biscuits (8 count)

Instructions
 

  • In a crockpot, combine the chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onion, diced potatoes, frozen mixed vegetables, chopped celery, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Tip: If cooking on high, check the chicken at the 3-hour mark.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot, shred it using two forks, and return it to the crockpot. Stir to combine all ingredients well.
  • Bake the Grands Biscuits according to the package directions, usually around 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve the chicken pot pie warm, and top each serving with a biscuit. Enjoy! Tip: Drizzle a bit of gravy over the biscuit for extra flavor!
