Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs
450-900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces
450g cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix or 1 packet
- 2 cups
200g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 slices bacon
cooked and chopped
- 4 scallions
chopped

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
Add the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks and mix well with the cream cheese sauce.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, scallions, and 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cover and let the cheese melt for 10 minutes.
Serve the creamy bacon ranch chicken on buns.
Notes
You can customize these sandwiches by adding avocado slices, lettuce, or tomato.
