Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
Add the sour cream and gently swirl them together.
Sprinkle diced onion and dried parsley over the top.
In a small bowl, mix the dry stuffing mix with melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
For a firmer stuffing topping, uncover the slow cooker for the last 45 minutes of cooking.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
