  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 units carrots, sliced
  • 2 units celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 units onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 ounce au jus mix
  • 1 ounce chicken gravy mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken thighs, carrots, celery, and onion in the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, au jus mix, chicken gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, you can sear the chicken thighs in a hot skillet before placing them in the slow cooker.
