Instructions
Place the chicken thighs, carrots, celery, and onion in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, au jus mix, chicken gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes
For added flavor, you can sear the chicken thighs in a hot skillet before placing them in the slow cooker.
