In a pan, cook the beef bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan, leaving just enough to flavor the bread. Add butter to the pan and let it melt over medium-low heat.
Place two slices of white bread in the pan. On one slice, layer the shredded cheddar cheese and the crispy bacon. On the other slice, place the processed cheese.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the bread turns golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted, add the sliced dill pickles on top of the bacon and cheese. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
