  • 4 slices beef bacon
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large dill pickle, sliced
  • 2 slices processed cheese
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, cook the beef bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
  • Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan, leaving just enough to flavor the bread. Add butter to the pan and let it melt over medium-low heat.
  • Place two slices of white bread in the pan. On one slice, layer the shredded cheddar cheese and the crispy bacon. On the other slice, place the processed cheese.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the bread turns golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Once the cheese is melted, add the sliced dill pickles on top of the bacon and cheese. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
  • Serve the Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Pickles hot and fresh for a delightful meal!

Notes

Customize your sandwich by adding more cheddar cheese for extra flavor.
