  • 16 large eggs eggs
  • 1 cup half & half cream
  • 2 cups diced beef
  • 5.5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped bell peppers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and half & half cream until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced beef, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and bell peppers until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs in the center are set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or swap the cheese for a different variety to customize this dish. This bake can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick breakfast or brunch option. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
