  • 2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 spray Avocado oil for spraying the baking dish and chicken
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it heats up, prepare your spice blend by mixing the salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Shred the parmesan cheese and mince the garlic.
  • Take a large baking dish and spray it lightly with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
  • Generously sprinkle the spice blend on both sides of the chicken breasts, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the minced garlic over each chicken breast, followed by a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. For an extra touch, add some fresh chopped parsley on top.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the chicken with avocado oil to help it crisp up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley for a fresh finish.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the spice blend for a few hours before baking. This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
