Ingredients

loaf French bread

butter, softened

chopped parsley

Mozzarella cheese, grated

sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place each half cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley in a small bowl.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over each half of the bread, covering the edges.
Combine the Mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the buttered bread. Top with remaining parsley.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Switch on the broiler and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before baking.
