Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place each half cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  • Spread the butter mixture evenly over each half of the bread, covering the edges.
  • Combine the Mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the buttered bread. Top with remaining parsley.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Switch on the broiler and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes before baking.
