Instructions
Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Once hot, place the chicken in the pan, skin side down, and pan-fry for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
In the same pan, pour in the teriyaki sauce mixture. Let it simmer for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Return the chicken to the pan and let it cook in the sauce for 4-6 minutes. Continuously pour the sauce over the chicken to coat it and prevent burning.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds for an added crunch and flavor contrast.
