Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, eggnog, and nutmeg until thick, about 2 minutes.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip or freshly whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and light.
Spoon the pudding mixture into the prepared graham cracker pie crust and smooth out the top.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set properly.
Just before serving, garnish with more whipped cream or Cool Whip and a sprinkling of nutmeg, if desired.
Notes
For a festive touch, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel sauce on top before serving.
