Preheat your oven to 425˚F (220˚C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Set aside.
In another bowl or plate, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning, and paprika.
Dip each chicken tender into the breading mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the breading mixture for a second coat.
Arrange the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Evenly spray olive oil over the chicken tenders.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken over, spray with more cooking oil, and bake for an additional 8 minutes or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C).
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve the chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding grated Parmesan cheese to the breading mixture.
