Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 12 oz frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)
  • 1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread from 8-oz container
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 oz frozen cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp thawed, well-drained, and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese 2 oz

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the chive-and-onion cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked shrimp and half of the pepper Jack cheese. Mix well until combined.
  • Pour the shrimp mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining pepper Jack cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
