Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder chocolate or vanilla
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar or granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, egg, cocoa powder, protein powder, and coconut sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. If you like, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top for an extra treat!
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownies are firm and slightly risen. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
