  • 1 can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 container French onion dip
  • 2.5 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package uncooked orzo pasta
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 can French’s crispy fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, French onion dip, 2 cups of chicken stock, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the French fried onions.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top it with the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese and the rest of the French fried onions. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked and crumbled bacon before baking.
