Instructions
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated but not soggy.
Place the coated bread slices onto the heated skillet or griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
