about 2 lbs, sliced into thin strips

Worcestershire sauce

beef sausage
sliced into thin rounds

Instructions
Slice the cabbage in half and remove the core, then cut into thin strips.
Heat a large cast iron or heavy pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Add sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in Worcestershire sauce and add sliced beef sausage.
Continue cooking until cabbage is tender and sausage is browned.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
