- 1 tube of biscuits 10 count
- 85 g mozzarella cheese in a brick
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 teaspoons minced garlic
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set it aside.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into 2cm (3/4 inch) pieces.
Open the tube of biscuits and place them on a cutting board.
Put one piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the seams to seal the cheese inside and form rolls.
Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 5cm (2 inches) of space between each one.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning. Brush the rolls with this butter mixture.
Bake the cheese bombs for 13 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown on top.
Once done, brush the rolls with the remaining butter and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve the cheesy garlic biscuit bombs warm, with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls before baking.
