Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube of biscuits 10 count
  • 85 g mozzarella cheese in a brick
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into 2cm (3/4 inch) pieces.
  • Open the tube of biscuits and place them on a cutting board.
  • Put one piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the seams to seal the cheese inside and form rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 5cm (2 inches) of space between each one.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning. Brush the rolls with this butter mixture.
  • Bake the cheese bombs for 13 to 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown on top.
  • Once done, brush the rolls with the remaining butter and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the cheesy garlic biscuit bombs warm, with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Notes:
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls before baking.
