Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces of similar size.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute to blend the flavors.
  • Incorporate the cherry tomatoes and broccoli into the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  • Add the spinach, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese to the skillet.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for an extra 2 minutes until the cheeses are melted and everything is well mixed.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve.
