Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce enough to cover chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cube the potatoes. Place them in a crockpot sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix in the minced garlic.
  • Cube the chicken and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Pour enough Garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken to cover it.
  • Cook on low for about 6 hours or until the potatoes are cooked to your liking.
  • Stir the cooked ingredients well.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and allow it to melt.
  • Serve and enjoy! Consider adding a dollop of ranch dressing for extra flavor.
