  • 3 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 6 ounces brie rind removed
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the flatbread on a small ungreased baking sheet.
  • Spread the goat cheese evenly over the flatbread.
  • Cut the brie into small pieces and layer on top of the goat cheese.
  • Layer the flatbread with chopped pecans, fresh cranberries, and rosemary.
  • Drizzle the flatbread evenly with honey.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the brie is starting to brown and the cranberries soften and burst.
