Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary minced
  • 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place a large ziplock bag in a pitcher to keep it upright and open.
  • Combine all the ingredients in the ziplock bag, seal it, and shake well to mix.
  • Add a steak to the bag, coat it with the marinade, then refrigerate for six hours.
  • After marinating, remove the steak from the bag, pat it dry, and set it aside.
  • Heat a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook until crispy and flavorful.

Notes

Notes:
For a more intense flavor, marinate the steak overnight in the refrigerator.
