  • 4 pieces chicken thighs

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the prepared mixture for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, pouring the excess marinade over the top.
  • Bake the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes, or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 175°F (80°C).
  • Optionally, garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes
