Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk cold milk and chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Add ¼ cup of chocolate syrup to the mixture and stir lightly. Refrigerate until needed.
Place 2 tablespoons of Oreo crumbs in each of nine 8-ounce cups. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of the pudding mixture over the crumbs. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle another tablespoon of Oreo crumbs on the top layer of pudding in each cup.
Mix the remaining chocolate syrup with the remaining cookie crumbs to create a 'mud' mixture. Set aside.
Use black icing and Milano cookies to make grave markers.
Decorate the cups with Peep ghosts and grave markers, pressing the ghosts into the pudding.
Sprinkle the 'mud' mixture on top of each cup.
Decorate with pumpkin candies, gummy worms, and Halloween sprinkles.
Chill or serve immediately.
