Equipment

  • 8x8 square baking pan For setting the fudge.
  • Saucepan For melting the chocolate.
  • Mixing bowls For dividing and coloring the fudge.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Wilton pink food coloring
  • 1 tbsp Violet food coloring gel
  • 1 tbsp Wilton royal blue food coloring
  • 1 tbsp Wilton black food coloring
  • 1 cup White Pearlized Jimmies
  • 1 cup blue, pink, purple, and white nonpareils
  • 1 cup Shimmer Rock Candy
  • 1 cup Wilton Silver Stars

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 square baking pan with foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. This will help in easy removal of the fudge later.
  • In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir over medium-low heat until the chips are almost melted. This will take about 5 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla extract, continuing to stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Divide the fudge mixture into separate bowls and color each batch with the food coloring. Use as much of each color as needed to achieve your desired shades.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the colored fudge into the prepared pan, creating a random pattern. Use a knife to swirl the colors for a beautiful marbled effect. Don't worry about making it perfect; the more random, the better!
  • Sprinkle the top with White Pearlized Jimmies, blue, pink, purple, and white nonpareils, Shimmer Rock Candy, and Wilton Silver Stars. Gently tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
  • Refrigerate the fudge until firm, about 4 hours. Patience is key here!
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into 16 squares using a sharp knife. Enjoy your festive treat!

Notes

For a festive touch, consider using holiday-themed sprinkles or colors to customize the fudge for different occasions.
