0.25cupminced fresh garlic
1tablespoonall-purpose flour
1.5teaspoonspaprika
0.25teaspooncayenne pepper

2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonminced fresh parsley

Instructions
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and coat them evenly.
In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter with olive oil over medium heat.
Place the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side until pink, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until cooked through.
Add the remaining butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Remove the skillet from heat, then toss the shrimp with lemon juice and parsley.
Serve immediately over steamed white rice, drizzled with the extra garlic butter sauce from the pan.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of white wine or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for some heat.
