Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 24 ounces boneless skinless fish fillets cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can Olive oil spray
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or chipotle en adobo sauce
  • 2 limes limes
  • 5 cups slaw mix red cabbage, white cabbage, shredded carrots
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 bunch Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Spray the fish pieces with olive oil and season them with Cajun seasoning.
  • Cut one lime into wedges and halve the other lime.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha or chipotle sauce, and the juice of half a lime. Add water to thin the mixture to a drizzling consistency.
  • Place the seasoned fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While the fish cooks, mix the slaw mix with olive oil, the juice of the remaining half lime, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Divide the slaw onto 4 plates, add the cooked fish on the side, and drizzle the spicy mayo mixture over the fish.
  • Serve the fish tacos with lime wedges and garnish with cilantro if desired.
  • If you don't have an air fryer, cook the fish in a skillet on high heat sprayed with oil for 5 to 6 minutes.

Notes

Customize your tacos with additional toppings like avocado, salsa, or hot sauce. Corn or flour tortillas can be used to wrap the fish and slaw mix for a complete taco experience.
