  • 3 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 can cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the marinated drumsticks in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked drumsticks before serving.
