  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • In a high-powered blender, add the cottage cheese and blend until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, blended cottage cheese, avocado oil mayo, diced red onion, chopped celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  • Stir everything together until well mixed. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired.
