Instructions
In a large Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef for 4-5 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle in the flour, stir, and cook for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the beef broth, bouillon cubes, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Mix until combined.
Add the potatoes, corn, peas, and green beans. Cover and let simmer over medium-low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
