  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 chicken thighs and drumsticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Place the chicken thighs and drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper, ensuring the seasonings are well rubbed into the chicken.
  • In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, and dried thyme until well combined.
  • Drizzle a small amount of the honey balsamic glaze onto each piece of chicken and use a brush to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Brush the glaze onto the chicken two more times during roasting for maximum flavor.
  • Once cooked, serve the honey balsamic chicken immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey balsamic glaze for a few hours before roasting.
