- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag 16 oz frozen corn
- 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
Add the frozen corn to the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn is cooked through.
Stir in the chunks of cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined, remove from heat.
Serve the Honey Butter Creamed Corn immediately. Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge.
