  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup peach preserves
  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, season the chicken wings with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Make sure they are evenly coated.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, combine the minced garlic and butter. Cook until the butter is fully melted.
  • Stir in the hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens into a syrupy consistency.
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken wings in the hot oil and deep fry for 12-15 minutes, cooking in batches if necessary. The wings should be golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, drain the wings on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • Toss the hot wings in the peach sauce until they are well coated. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot sauce. You can also bake the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes if you prefer a healthier option.
