  • 15 oz pumpkin purée
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.67 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line two 8x4 inch loaf pans with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, allspice, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Make sure to mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, and water until smooth. This mixture adds moisture and flavor to the bread.
  • Gently stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay!
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans. Consider sprinkling some chopped nuts or chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Keep an eye on the bread to avoid overbaking.
