Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 4 pieces chicken cutlets or boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 bag frozen shelled edamame
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for spicy mayo)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
  • Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Coat the chicken with Panko breadcrumbs.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Cook edamame in the same skillet and add soy sauce.
  • Mix spicy mayo ingredients together.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and toppings.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu or tempeh. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
