Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ketchup and barbecue sauce. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, place the ground beef.
Crush Ritz crackers in a Ziploc bag and add them to the ground beef.
Mix in the onion soup mix, eggs, and ½ cup of the ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture.
Use your hands to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Transfer the meatloaf mixture to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish, pressing it out evenly.
Spread the remaining ketchup and barbecue sauce mixture on top of the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
While the meatloaf bakes, cook the macaroni noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and cheddar cheese soup, whisking until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, whisking well.
Mix in the cooked macaroni noodles until coated in the liquid.
Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Once the meatloaf has baked for 30 minutes, remove it from the oven.
Pour the macaroni mixture over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
For added flavor, consider mixing in cooked and crumbled bacon to the macaroni mixture before baking.
