  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  • Add the chicken patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  • Serve the Greek chicken patties hot with your favorite side dishes or in a pita with tzatziki sauce.

Notes

You can customize the patties by adding chopped olives or red onions for extra flavor. These patties can also be grilled for a smokier taste.
