Ingredients
  

  • 240 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Lightly coat a 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish with nonstick spray and set it aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the chicken breasts evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned on top.
  • Serve immediately.
