Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Nacho Doritos crushed
  • 2 cups shredded chicken or ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheese plus more for topping if desired
  • 1 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes undrained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken or beef, 1 cup cheese, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning until well combined.
  • Spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the casserole dish. Layer half of the meat mixture on top. Repeat the layers.
  • Sprinkle additional cheese on top for a cheesy crust if desired.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. If doubling the recipe or using a larger pan, bake for 45 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
