1can10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
1canRotel tomatoesundrained
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupmilk
1/2package taco seasoningadjust to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken or beef, 1 cup cheese, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning until well combined.
Spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the casserole dish. Layer half of the meat mixture on top. Repeat the layers.
Sprinkle additional cheese on top for a cheesy crust if desired.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. If doubling the recipe or using a larger pan, bake for 45 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
