  • 2 breasts chicken
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • 1 TBSP Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning (half a packet)
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 to taste pepperoncinis or banana peppers

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes.
  • Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them occasionally.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Au Jus Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with butter.
  • Once the chicken and potatoes are cooked, add the potatoes to the skillet.
  • Mix everything together well.
  • Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis.
  • Broil in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese, or cover with a lid on the stove until the cheese melts.
