  • 1 cup diced beef
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 unit green onion, chopped
  • 0.25 tsp hot sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 unit eggs
  • 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  • In a skillet, heat the diced beef for 3 to 5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the beef, cream cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce together until well blended.
  • Spread the beef mixture onto the bottom of the pie crust. Top with cheddar cheese and green onion.
  • Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the beef in the pie crust.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. Keep an eye on it during the last few minutes.

Notes

For a twist, try adding different vegetables like bell peppers or spinach to the quiche.
