Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
In a skillet, heat the diced beef for 3 to 5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Remove from heat.
Mix the beef, cream cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce together until well blended.
Spread the beef mixture onto the bottom of the pie crust. Top with cheddar cheese and green onion.
Whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the beef in the pie crust.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown. Keep an eye on it during the last few minutes.
Notes
For a twist, try adding different vegetables like bell peppers or spinach to the quiche.
