0.25cupcoarse ground Dijon mustard
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonslight brown sugar
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
Parsley, choppedfor garnish
Instructions
Slice the Kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices, using chopsticks or skewers to prevent cutting through completely. Aim for about 20 bites per ring, totaling around 40 bites.
In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
Add mayonnaise to one bowl to create a dipping sauce. Mix well and refrigerate while preparing the bites.
Brush half of the mustard sauce over the Kielbasa bites, ensuring the sauce gets between each cut section. Reserve the remaining sauce.
Arrange the Kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Transfer the bites to a platter and drizzle with the reserved mustard sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm with the mayonnaise-based dipping sauce.
