  • 2 rings beef Kielbasa 13.9 ounces each
  • 0.25 cup coarse ground Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices, using chopsticks or skewers to prevent cutting through completely. Aim for about 20 bites per ring, totaling around 40 bites.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  • Add mayonnaise to one bowl to create a dipping sauce. Mix well and refrigerate while preparing the bites.
  • Brush half of the mustard sauce over the Kielbasa bites, ensuring the sauce gets between each cut section. Reserve the remaining sauce.
  • Arrange the Kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Transfer the bites to a platter and drizzle with the reserved mustard sauce.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm with the mayonnaise-based dipping sauce.
