Instructions
Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate.
Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the Oreo crumbs. Press this mixture into the prepared pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
In another large microwave-safe bowl, heat the chopped chocolate and heavy cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the cream cheese. Add Baileys or Kahlua and salt if desired.
Spread the mixture over the crust evenly.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of salt to enhance the chocolate taste.
