Main Ingredients

  • 18 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate, melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream or Kahlua optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt optional, but recommended
  • 0.5 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  • In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate.
  • Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the Oreo crumbs. Press this mixture into the prepared pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  • In another large microwave-safe bowl, heat the chopped chocolate and heavy cream in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Combine the chocolate mixture with the cream cheese. Add Baileys or Kahlua and salt if desired.
  • Spread the mixture over the crust evenly.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of salt to enhance the chocolate taste.
